Delete your account
You can delete your LuckyBallUSA account at any time, from the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the app or the website
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" section at the bottom.
- Select "Delete my account", type DELETE to confirm and accept.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your saved number combinations.
- Your alerts and their email history.
- Your saved generation history.
- The password-reset tokens linked to your email.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you. We may keep anonymous, aggregated statistics that are not linked to your account, and we keep records only where the law requires it (for example, donation records).
If you cannot sign in
Email us from the address you registered with and we will delete the account manually within 30 days. Include the subject line below so we can find it quickly.
